Prior to founding Hud Hill Royalties, Michael was involved in the inception of Westwind Energy Holdings, a privately owned energy investment firm specialized in acquiring mineral, royalty, and non-operated assets in the Permian Basin, where he oversaw all acquisition, development, and strategic initiatives. Prior to Westwind, Michael helped launch Trinity Mineral Partners, an Old Ironsides Energy portfolio company focused on minerals and royalties in the Permian Basin. He began his career in 2019 at Vector Energy Partners, where he acquired mineral and non-operated working interests. He has been a key part in over 400 transactions in the Permian Basin. Michael received his B.B.A in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Baylor University.
